跟足你貓咪習慣嘅方式餵食，每次都會洗乾淨個碗、換上新鮮清水。Meals served the way your cat expects them, bowls washed and refilled with fresh water every visit.
每次探訪都會鏟砂執靚，到期就全套更換，臨走前掃乾淨周圍。Scooped and tidied at every visit, with a full change when it's due. The area swept before we leave.
每次記低食量、飲水、貓砂習慣同心情——有咩細微變化都可以及早發現。Eating, drinking, litter habits and mood, noted at every visit — so small changes get spotted early.
每次探訪後都會送上相片同簡短、真實嘅報告。佢點樣，你隨時知道。A photo and a short, honest note sent after every single visit. You'll always know how they're doing.

淋花、收信、開關窗簾同燈——可幫忙完成屋企小事。Plants watered, mail brought in, curtains and lights rotated — so home looks lived-in while you're away.
服務流程How it works
預約完成後，可約時間會面，詳細講解佢嘅日常習慣，鎖匙交收亦有簽收記錄。After booking, you walk us through their routine, and keys are handed over with a signed record.
喺你揀嘅日子同時間上門。探訪從容唔趕——我哋遷就貓咪，唔係貓咪遷就我哋，一定尊重佢嘅空間。At the days and times you choose. Visits are unhurried and calm — we work around your cat, not the other way round, and always respect their space.
每次探訪後，Nook 探訪記錄會即刻send去到你手機——相片、心情、食咗幾多，有咩值得留意都會話你知。A Nook visit note lands on your phone after every visit — photo, mood, what they ate, and anything worth knowing.
貓最安心嘅地方，就係自己屋企。 The place a cat feels safest is their own home.
所以我哋上門，去到佢身邊。 That's where we come to them.
收費Pricing
每次探訪都包齊基本項目——餵食、換水、貓砂護理、狀態觀察、相片更新。呢一頁冇任何隱藏加購。 Every visit includes the full basics — food, water, litter care, wellbeing check, and a photo update. Nothing on this page is an upsell.

朝早同夜晚各一次Morning and evening visits
收費涵蓋港島、九龍同新界東北。偏遠地區或需少量交通費——落訂之前一定講清楚實際金額，唔會事後先講。公眾假期同平日同價。 Prices cover Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories North and East. Remote areas may carry a small travel fee — we'll tell you the exact amount before you book, never after. Public holidays are the same price as any other day.
常見問題Questions
好正常，完全冇問題。我哋唔會夾硬拉貓咪出嚟。我哋會靜靜完成日常工作，確認佢安全、有食嘢，距離由佢自己決定。大部分貓咪幾次探訪之後就會慢慢熟——按佢自己嘅時間表。 That's normal, and completely fine. We don't pull cats out from under beds. We do the practical work quietly, confirm they're safe and eating, and let them decide the distance. Most cats warm up over a few visits — on their own schedule.
可約見面簽收交收。鎖匙只會用編號標記——唔會寫你嘅名或者地址——旅程完結後照樣簽收交還，熟客可以選擇安全代存。 Keys are collected at the meeting with a signed handover record. They're labelled with a code — never your name or address — and returned the same way after your trip, or kept securely if you're a regular.
可以——口服藥、保健品同外用藥，全部跟足獸醫嘅書面指示。見面嗰日會一齊確認流程。打針我哋就唔做；有需要嘅話我哋建議搵獸醫護士，亦都可以幫你安排。 Yes — oral medication, supplements, and topical treatments, following your vet's written instructions. We'll confirm the routine at the meet & greet. We don't do injections; for those we'd recommend a vet nurse and can help you arrange one.
港島、九龍同新界東北係標準收費，偏遠地區只需少量交通費，一定會事先報價。唔肯定你嘅地址得唔得？message 我哋，當日就有直接答覆。 Hong Kong Island and Kowloon at standard rates, and most of the Remote areas with a small travel fee quoted upfront. Not sure about your address? Message us — we'll give you a straight answer the same day.
我哋會即刻打俾你，再聯絡你嘅獸醫——兩樣都會喺見面嗰日白紙黑字寫低。如果貓咪需要送院，我哋會用佢自己嘅貓籠接送，並且留喺度直至聯絡到你為止。你唔會事後先知道有事發生。 We call you first, then your vet — both agreed at the meeting, in writing. If your cat needs transport to a clinic, we take them in their own carrier and stay until we've reached you. You'll never find out about a problem after the fact.
